1. Agreement and service
By creating an account or using unbog, you agree to these terms. unbog helps you capture thoughts, organize tasks, create plans, and request AI suggestions. You must be legally able to enter an agreement where you live. If you use unbog for an organization, you confirm you have authority to act for it.
2. Your account
Give accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop using the service at any time.
3. Your content and AI suggestions
You retain your rights in the notes, tasks, and other content you submit. You give unbog permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, including sending relevant text to AI providers when you request an AI feature. You must have the right to submit your content.
AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them. unbog is a productivity tool and is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, abuse or disrupt the service, probe accounts or systems without permission, distribute malicious code, or bypass access or usage limits. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
5. Plans and payment
The current Free plan is described on Pricing. Plus is listed as coming soon. If paid plans become available, we will show the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before you subscribe. Taxes, refunds, and payment processing terms will be disclosed at checkout where applicable.
6. Changes, availability, and ending access
We may update features or pause the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, or where required by law. If we make material changes to these terms, we will post the updated version and, when appropriate, give additional notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care, but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, unbog is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.
